This website and e-commerce store are owned and managed by Tahoor FZC (hereinafter referred to as “TAHOOR”). All information, products, and services provided are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By accessing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using this website.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website does not constitute an offer to sell. We are under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items from us. While we will acknowledge your order as soon as possible, we are not obligated to supply the requested products unless they are in stock and available at the specified prices.
If any items you order are out of stock, subject to delay, or priced higher than indicated at the time of
your order, we will attempt to contact you via the email address provided. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response, we will proceed with processing the remaining items in your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the specified recipient in perfect condition and within the shortest possible time. Orders within the UAE and internationally are shipped via Third party logistics service for expedited delivery. Each purchase is insured during transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your order but have not received an email with tracking details, please contact us, and we will provide you with a tracking number or assist you in tracking your shipment.
Delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact number, will be stored for shipping purposes. No other personally identifiable information will be retained.
We strive to dispatch most orders within 4-7 business days, subject to item specifications, Payment clearance, stock availability, your location, order time, address verification, and shipping constraints. If there is an unexpected delay or an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.
We ship to all countries via a third-party logistics service. Depending on the destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning that any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery, are unavailable, or fail to accept the shipment despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your order will be returned to TAHOOR, and you will be responsible for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE, REFUND & RETURNS
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. To prevent sizing issues, we encourage customers to carefully review our Sizing Chart before purchasing. However, if your purchased item does not fit, you may contact us at customercare@tahoor.ae within 2 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and sizing concern.
Returned items without an official reference number will not be accepted. Our customer care team is
available to assist you with the return process.
If the item is unavailable in your preferred size, we will offer a credit note, valid for six months on www.tahoor.ae, or issue a refund based on your preference. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return unused items for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 2 days of purchase will be issued minus the shipping charge, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and garment tags attached.
  • Items purchased on sale or special promotion are not eligible for exchange or refund.

If an item shows signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. We recommend returning items via reputable courier services such as Aramex, FedEx, DHL, or UPS and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.

Refund Policy
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. To initiate a return, please email customercare@tahoor.ae with your Order ID and reason for return.
Once we confirm your request, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.

DAMAGED GOODS
Although all items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch, if you receive a damaged product, please email customercare@tahoor.ae within two business days of receiving the package, quoting your Order Number, a description of the damage, and, if possible, an image of the defect. Once we confirm your request, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated dispatch date for a replacement.

  • The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
  • If the item is unavailable, we will issue a credit note (valid for six months) or process a refund within 15-30 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order after making an online payment, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.

STORE CREDIT TERMS
Subject to our return policy, if an exchange is not possible at the time of return, TAHOOR will issue store credit.

  • Store credit is only valid for purchases made on www.tahoor.ae
  • It cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store credit cannot be purchased and is only issued when returning an item and selecting Store Credit as the refund method.
  • Store credit may be used to purchase gift cards (if available).
  • If a purchase exceeds the store credit balance, an additional payment method will be required
    for the remaining amount.
  • To check your store credit balance, log into your TAHOOR account, where it will be displayed under “My Account.”

PAYMENT
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED & USD. If you choose “Credit Card Online” as your payment method, the cardholder’s name must match the customer ID details.
At this stage, we do not accept:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Bank transfers
  • Checks

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment is declined, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of your order. For security reasons, first-time online customers may be required to have their shipping address match the billing address on the card.

THE WEBSITE
While TAHOOR implements industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or security breaches. Accessing the website is at your own risk. We are not liable if our services are unavailable due to factors beyond our control. Content on this website is presented “as is” without guarantees of accuracy. We reserve the right to amend errors, update product information, withdraw site content, or make changes at any time.

NOTICES
The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as those printed on your Transaction Receipt.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.tahoor.ae policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY:
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.
You agree fully to indemnify us, our employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
